Mint and Coriander Chutney | One Chutney to Rule them all

 
 

 

Ingredients:

Makes 20 oz

120g Fresh Mint

120g Fresh Coriander Leaves

2 inches ginger

Green Chilies

Salt

14g Garam Masala

25g Aamchur (dried mango powder)

5g black salt

Juice of 1 lemon

1/4th cup water

1/4th cup olive oil

 
 

Method:

  1. Blend all the ingredients except the olive oil.

  2. While the blender is running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil. This emulsification gives structure and nice texture to the chutney.

  3. Adjust the salt or lemon juice or anything else according to your taste.
